Adrian has 15 years of experience in the furniture and commercial interiors industry, his knowledge of systems furniture and fit-out have helped PJE to develop their existing portfolio of large corporate clients.

Adrian has managed large projects in excess of £3,000,000 for Zurich Financial Services; Saga; St James's Place; PHH; Inland Revenue; HM Customs; DEFRA; Cobham Group; Magnox and continues to develop ongoing business opportunities.

After work, his next love is his cars. But his ambitions of owning a Lada have become more remote since Lada (UK) ceased operations in 1997.

Qualifying as a photographer, Scott progressed in to the office furniture market and then developed himself into project management.

As PJE’s senior project manager Scott has acted as the main client focus on many key accounts including; Cobham Group; Zurich Financial Services and Cogent Defence Network Systems, part of EADS. The scope of Scott’s experience encompasses the full range of construction fit out and refurbishment of office and other commercial premises.

Scott is a key member of our team and gives full commitment to ensure that the Clients needs are delivered to the appropriate quality and timescale. He has completed IOSH courses for Managing H&S On Site and is fully First Aid trained.

Robbie Burnell comes from a telecommunications background and has become a valuable member of the team, incorporating his knowledge in the data and comms within our business. He has site and project managed fit-out and relocation moves for Zurich Financial Services, (moving approx. 680 staff) and St. James' Place, (approx 150 staff.) Robbie always has a grin on his face and gives 110% to our clients.

When not running the "London Branch" of PJE on a weekend, he enjoys playing cricket, football and pub dominoes.

Steve Pinneger is a project manager with vast experience on site, ranging from furniture build to internal construction.

Having site managed PJE's £3.5 million Chelton Electrostics job from start to finish, he can adapt to last minute alterations that ensure a quality finish to the client.

Damian has joined PJE from a 10 year sales and marketing career with the health and fitness industry, and most recently 2 years with corporate recruitment with the financial services sector.

He is a keen gym fanatic and participates in any possible sporting activity there is.

Damian currently has a healthy diet and lifestyle which the office is desperately trying to rectify. ( ruin! )

Peter Murphy has twenty years sales experience with extensive knowledge of the office storage market. His many projects have included working with companies such as LloydsTSB, Hanson Plc, Capita and Orange to name a few. Prior to joining PJE he spent 5 years running his own business supplies company which he has left in the capable hands of his wife - whilst he returns to the real world!

Peter has two young children and enjoys a glass of wine when they've gone to bed.

Ed’s experience has included managing & delivering solutions to successfully win design led interior fit-out projects with Zurich Financial Services, St James’s Place, Computershare, EADS Defense Systems and Chelton Electrostatics. This also included leading the design that received AIS Contractors Award runner up for EADS design and fit-out.

Starting his design career at Bbi, he has designed offices not only in the United Kingdom and Europe, but also several locations within the United States, specifying, co-ordinating and planning furniture installations in Denver, Chicago and New Jersey. Combining his experience and sound knowledge of a variety of software packages, Ed heads up the design department for PJE.

Outside of work, Ed's other interests are mountain biking and photography

Having spent his university placement year at PJE in 2005/6, Mark returned to work for us full time as a graduate in September 2007. He has worked on a variety of projects that have involved spaceplanning and specifying complete interior schemes. This has allowed him to develop important new skills dealing with the client direct as well as showing a keen interest in progressing 3d animated walkthroughs.

Mark has proven a key member of the PJE team, who will always show enthusiasm to help out in any part of the business. Outside of work Mark likes to relax, play football and watch as much sport as his girlfriend will allow.

Originally trained and qualified in Sports Science, Kerry changed direction and then pursued a career in IT business management for four years, before joining PJE in 2004.

Kerry is responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office. This includes the delivery and co-ordination of project documentation.

Having been a keen all round sportswoman and fitness guru in the past, Kerry, like 90% of the nation has now adopted the "I'll start again on Monday" philosophy.

Steve, a design graduate, has been with the company almost from its inception, involved in establishing Design, Sales and IT Structures. He has responsibility for the strategic development of the company, and has been instrumental in the establishment of two regional bases to develop the companies' growth.

He has applied his enthusiasm for all things design as an integral part of the work he carries out for Bbi.

Steve is looking forward to the next phrase of growth that will re-enforce Bbi as a nationwide facilities support organisation.

Recently forty, with a young family he runs a junior football team on the weekends and has just run the BUPA Great North Run. His ambition is to score the winning goal for Liverpool at the next FA Cup in the Millennium Stadium.

Having completed his 'Masters' degree in Systems Engineering, Paul joined the Building Research Establishment (Department of the Environment) at a senior level within the Building Services and Environment division.

Paul then gained further Industry experience in a consultancy role with several major blue chip companies (British Gas, Wimpey etc.) before accepting a role as a Senior Lecturer.

For the past ten years Paul has worked as a director within the M&E industry, specialising in Building Management Systems and Building Controls.

Paul would like to stress that HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) is perfectly uncomplicated and not one of the dark arts as many of his colleauges suspect!

Steve Buckingham qualified as a mechanical services design engineer, gaining experience in contracting in his early years. He subsequently joined a national retail chain (WHSmith), working in their Building Services Department, rising to the position of Property Services Manager responsible for maintenance, energy management and new projects for 1000+ properties throughout the UK.

Following a short spell as an independent consultant, he joined Bbi to support the strategic development of M&E related design, consultancy and project management provision to both new and existing clients.

He is a keen golfer but never seems to have time to play since becoming part of Bbi!
