Opened in January 2003, our Leeds operation has recently relocated to larger premises to cope with the increasing demand for its services.
The move to a new contemporary office show space reflects the significant development to our Leeds team and has allowed us to better serve our expanding client base.

Simon Oldroyd
Group Sales & Marketing Director
Simon was appointed as Group Sales & Marketing Director in June 2003, having joined the board of Bbi prior to Christmas 1998.
Originally trained as a teacher, Simon then spent five years within the Consumer Electronics industry, launching (and then selling) his first company. He now has over twenty-five years experience within the facilities management industry that has been gained from a variety of roles and organisations in this country, Europe and the United States. At Bbi, he is responsible for delivering the corporate marketing plan and ensuring that group sales targets are met.
Married, with two sons in their twenties, Simon can't believe that he's reached his 30th wedding anniversary - or that his waist size is keeping up with his age.....
Nick Freeman
Account Manager
Nick joined the company in August 2007. He brings to the company 15 years sales experience in various fields including vehicle tracking, telecom's and audiovisual.
Through out his career Nick has dealt with a variety of corporate customers; with his wealth of sales experience he will increase the presence of Bbi in the north.
Nick is married with two boys he is an avid rugby supporter of Leeds Rhinos.
