Peter has thirteen years of experience in the furniture and commercial interiors industry, having worked for some of the UK & Europe's largest manufacturers.

Peter has considerable experience of running national accounts over multi sites, including Network Rail, Siemens & AEAT. His responsibility includes working closely with Architects and Specifiers to deliver cost effective design led solutions.

In his spare time, Peter fancies himself as the next Michael Schumacher - unfortunately, being married with two small children, his Ferrari has been put into retirement to be replaced by something a little more modest and practical!

Andrew joined the company in August 2003, following a successful relationship with Bbi as a client, working at the time as part of the facilities team for Computershare Ltd.

His principle role is to deliver the successful project management for works originating from the Leeds Office. Additionally Andrew has developed and delivered the company's compliance remit across the company's three regional operations in a concerted drive to ensure excellence in all areas of compliance, including health & safety, quality and environmental management.

He has varied experience, having worked in electrical engineering, environmental management, facilities management and university lecturing. This is supported with a strong academic background, with Andrew holding an MSc in Environmental Policy and Management.

Surprisingly Andrew isn't a tree hugger and claims never to have met Swampy!

Nick joined the company in August 2007. He brings to the company 15 years sales experience in various fields including vehicle tracking, telecom’s and audiovisual.

Through out his career Nick has dealt with a variety of corporate customers; with his wealth of sales experience he will increase the presence of Bbi in the north.

Nick is married with two boys; he is an avid rugby supporter of Leeds Rhinos.

Carol has worked for Bbi since April 2008 but prior to this she was a Bbi Client in her previous role as site manager for a large multi site Government Department. Carol has joined the Leeds team to utilise her knowledge and experience to increase Bbi's presence within Local and Central Government.

In her spare time, Carol enjoys travel (with and without her children!) and her next five year ambition is to take them (all keen horse riders) on a cattle drive holiday in the States. She also "enjoys" modernising the 17th Century cottage (or "the money pit" as its affectionately known) that she and her husband bought two years ago

Shafiqa joined Bbi in February 2004, she claims that it was 'Bbi's fresh and innovative approach', which attracted her to the company. As a creative and efficient designer, Shafiqa is very much a part of this ethos and has been instrumental in the establishment of the Leeds base.

Over the last few years Shafiqa has gained a wide range of design experience in the corporate office design industry. This is reflected in her recent achievement in winning the Gold AIS Award for designing the conference suite for Coda plc.

Her other interests involve shopping, ebay and shopping again!

Having recently graduated, Seema is now a full time member of the team at BBI Leeds, delivering quality design solutions and creative schemes.

Seema has over 5 years retail experience gained whilst studying for her BA (Hons) Interior Design degree from the University of Huddersfield.

She has a passion for travelling and has already visited various countries such as Japan and the USA, as well as much of Europe and the Middle East. Her hobbies include horse riding, keeping fit and practising Martial Arts.

Marcus comes from a background of marine biology and fish farming on the south coast of England, 12 years working at Sea Life Centres and 2 years as the Manager at Southern Fishery Services.

He joined BBI in February 2006 as site supervisor responsible for the on site day to day running of projects as well as delivery and installation of furniture.

Marcus has been a keen angler since childhood, his most memorable experience to date was "catfishing" in Spain where he caught his Personal Best at 166lb!! He likes to spend much of his spare time walking his 5 boxer dogs in the country.

Steve Buckingham qualified as a mechanical services design engineer, gaining experience in contracting in his early years. He subsequently joined a national retail chain (WHSmith), working in their Building Services Department, rising to the position of Property Services Manager responsible for maintenance, energy management and new projects for 1000+ properties throughout the UK.

Following a short spell as an independent consultant, he joined Bbi to support the strategic development of M&E related design, consultancy and project management provision to both new and existing clients.

He is a keen golfer but never seems to have time to play since becoming part of Bbi!

Lisa joined the Bbi team in September 2006, after spending the previous four years as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist. Lisa worked in this profession both on land and at sea!

Lisa's main role within the company is to promote Farrell furniture. Although new to this industry, she's spent her time at Bbi living and breathing system furniture and the manufacturing process, as well as actually building workstations on a variety of sites across the UK.

Lisa loves earning (and especially spending) money and has a great passion for riding horses!

Simon was appointed as Sales & Marketing Director in June 2003, having joined the board of Bbi prior to Christmas 1998.

Originally trained as a teacher, Simon then spent five years within the Consumer Electronics industry, launching (and then selling) his first company. He now has over twenty years experience within the facilities management industry that has been gained from a variety of roles and organisations in this country, Europe and the United States. At Bbi, he is responsible for delivering the corporate marketing plan and ensuring that group sales targets are met.

Married, with two sons in their late teens, Simon can't believe that he's reached his 'Silver Wedding', as that's strictly something reserved for parents, not someone as young as himself.
