Situated in a prestigious central Cheltenham location, PJE / Bbi redesigned and refurbished all the toilet facilities in the building, created a shower room in the basement and updated the lobby areas across all five floors. As part of the works we upgraded the fresh air fans supplying the WC’s as well as installing a more efficient heating and hot water system feeding the communal areas.
