Bbi is commended in External Audit
Bbi has recently been quality audited for procedural compliance by Interserve Facilities Management.
Interserve is a FTSE support services Group with turnover of more than £1.25 billion and employing over 11,000 worldwide. The Group creates, operates and maintains amenities and infrastructure for both the public and private sectors, including hospitals, schools, utilities and commercial and industrial productions facilities.
The quality audit covered:

- Procurement & Supply Chain Process
- Document Control
- Health & Safety
- Training
In summarising the report stated that: “Overall the company exercises a very postive attitude and approach to managing their activities and to maintaining good customer relationships”.
