BBI continues its commitment to Leadership training

Helen Price, Logistics Manager, is the latest employee to attend the week long residential training course at the Leadership Trust in Ross-on-Wye.

Based on The Leadership Trust's core philosophies, the primary aim of the Leadership in Management Programme is to enable the development of self-awareness, self-control and self-confidence.

The unique course uses a wide variety of learning vehicles, both indoor and outdoor, to create the real problems, pressures and situations that occur in business today.

All directors and managers within BBI attend the course to improve their recognition of the critical balances between people and task focus, strategy and details, planning and action, doing and delegating.
