Project Management
From planning to completion, our Project Management team ensure that all contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers carry out
their duties and responsibilities to the client, whilst providing a quality product within the budgets agreed, constantly on time.
Detailed planning and regular client meetings form the basis of our approach to ensure that problems are quickly identified
(or avoided altogether) through constant communication across the project team.

Constant Service Levels |
 |
Constant service levels, provided by both office based and on-site teams, ensure that not only are the
overall project objectives met, but also individual issues are handled both quickly and efficiently. |
 |
The team not only produce a fully comprehensive plan for the project period, but also ensure the daily quality
of product and workmanship in accordance with all current Building Control Regulations. |
 |
Control of the Constuction Process |
Bbi's Project Management Team control the construction process through five stages:
 |
Site-specific Risk Assessment |
The detail and size of the individual health and safety plan for each project depends on the nature and extent of the project
and the contracting arrangements for construction work. Each plan is specific within the context of each contract.
Carrying out site-specific risk assessments, the provision of detailed method statements and ensuring that a comprehensive
Health and Safety File is compiled in accordance with the client's Health and Safety Plan is standard procedure. Every Bbi Method Statement
contains the correct information to produce a safe system of work, in accordance with CDM regulations 2007 and Sections 2, 3 & 4 of the Health and
Safety at Work Act 1974.
Consultation with employees, contractors, sub-contractors (and anyone who may be affected by the work with regard to
Health and Safety issues) is fundamental to our approach.
